An interactive tool to address the teacher burnout syndrome
Thе Guide is an invitation to embark together on the path of self-exploration, to learn about the signs that help us recognise the symptoms of stress in ourselves and others, and to chart the horizon of challenges and opportunities that stress and burnout present.
The Guide will offer you to draw your own map of the way leading to burnout and the one to recovery of your psycho-emotional and physical health. This will be a map where we will show different pathways, conventional and alternative alike, for self-care and group-based support, and we will do this together.
We will share our experience and ask about yours. We will seek and offer solutions and interpretations of a topic that is as vast as the territory charted on a map.
