Through my eyes: Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Children capture their city, through their eyes
Ho Chi Minh City is a city in southern Viet Nam which is now a fast-moving city of commerce and culture. The city has been a driver of Viet Nam’s impressive growth in recent years and continues to draw in new investment and industry.
Food stalls line the city’s streets, especially around bustling Bến Thành Market, and its urban collage blends seamlessly into this sprawling city.
The children are led by their parents to Tao Dan Park every weekend. The playground for them is in the middle of green trees.
You can see the children’s innocent and cheerful expressions at the park.
We realized that we are just a small part of this big city, and this “big city” is just a tiny part of our big planet.
Cleaners and garbage collectors are helping Ho Chi Minh City be a cleaner city.
It’s very sad to see these abandoned children, they don’t deserve it.
There aren’t many playgrounds in the city. The boys came here to take a break after stressful classes at school.
Instead of using electronic devices, we can participate in healthy sports activities like these.
