About

U-Report, a social platform created by UNICEF and available via SMS, Facebook and Twitter, became a powerful assessment tool in Nigeria during school closures. Often U-Report is used to enable young people to express their opinion on topics they care about and to act as positive agents of change in their communities. In the wake of COVID-19, the platform was utilised in online and offline modes for remote learning assessment to understand the learning levels of children during school closures.
