SUPPLY OF ESSENTIAL GOODS TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATION
THE UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN#S FUND (UNICEF) in Bulgaria wishes to invite you to submit a bid for:
SUPPLY OF ESSENTIAL GOODS TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATION as per specification given at ANNEX A.
This Solicitation Document is comprised of the following:
I. 2.4.1. The Invitation to Bid for Goods (this document)
I. 2.4.2 Specification of the essential goods which is attached as Annex A to this document
I. 2.4.3. The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Goods) which are attached as Annex B to this document
I. 2.4.4. The standard LTA-G Contractual Provisions attached as Annex C
IMPORTANT # ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Offers must be submitted no later than: Tuesday, 21 April, 2020, 16:00 Sofia time.
Full package should be submitted in ENGLISH via email to: bul-procurement@unicef.org.
No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bid not sent in this manner will be disqualified.
All bids submitted by e-mail must be submitted as email attachments. Email links (e.g. to documents to be downloaded from cloud based folders) are not acceptable unless otherwise specifically requested.
Proposals submitted as a link or through a link will be invalidatedл
REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS:
- minimum 3 years of experience on the market (to be confirmed by the Registration Certificate);
- minimum 3 reference letters (with confirmation that during recent 2 years minimum 3 contracts were successfully completed and delivered). Please also indicate year of contract#s issue, client#s name and contacts.
2. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS/RESPONSE FORMAT. BID FORM COMPLETING:
(a) BID form should be completed, signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the company;
(b) USD or BGN NET AMOUNT (without VAT) should include all costs (supplies, handling fee, packing, loading and transportation) for delivery of the commodity/item to the consignee;
(c) LEAD TIME (from order to the handover): Bidders must point how many calendar days will be required from UNICEF Purchase Order signature until handover of commodity/item to the consignee.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE OBLIGATORY AND WILL CONSTITUTE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE BID:
2.1 The completed, signed and stamped BID FORM;
2.2 The Income Statement/Profit and Loss Statement;
2.3 The Balance Sheet;
2.4 Registration Certificate (copy);
2.5 Licenses and VAT Registration Certificate(copy)/Single tax payer (if applicable);
2.6 Copy of documents certifying quality and safety of the goods.
