UNICEF in Bulgaria wishes to invite companies to submit a proposal for Travel Agency Services (RFP-2023-002)
Proposals should be submitted exclusively to: bul-procurement@unicef.org as attachments in a NON-EDITABLE FORMAT (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (RFP-2023-002).
Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: 13:00 h on April 12th, 2023.
All requests for formal clarification or queries on this RFP must be submitted in writing via email at bulgaria@unicef.org by April 5th, 2023.
The proposal shall comprise the following documents:
- Request for Proposal Form - filled and signed;
- Technical Proposal - in compliance with the Terms of Reference (Annex B);
- Price Proposal - using the template (Annex D);
- Court Registration in Bulgaria;
- Signed UNHCR General Terms for Contracts (Annex C).
