UNICEF in Bulgaria wishes to invite companies to submit a proposal for Event Management Services (RFP-2023-003)
Proposals should be submitted exclusively to: bul-procurement@unicef.org as attachments in a NON-EDITABLE FORMAT (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (RFP-2023-003).
Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: 18:00 h on April 21st, 2023.
All requests for formal clarification or queries on this RFP must be submitted in writing via email at bulgaria@unicef.org by 15:00 h on April 13th, 2023.
The proposal shall comprise the following documents:
- Request for Proposal for Services Form (p. 3 of the RFP document) - filled-in and signed;
- Technical Proposal - based on Annex B. Terms of Reference;
- Financial proposal: Price Proposal (Annex D) and Case Study Calculations (Annex E.2) - locked (password-protected) documents;
- Court Registration in Bulgaria (with English translation);
- Signed UNHCR General Terms for Contracts.
