UNICEF office in Bulgaria invites qualified service providers to participate in a tender process for the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services related to graphic design, printing, and binding of communication, fundraising, and programme materials.
IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Proposals should be submitted exclusively to: [email protected] as attachments in a NON-EDITABLE FORMAT (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (RFP-2025-004).
Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: 17:00 h on 30 August 2025.
All requests for formal clarification or queries on this RFP must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] by 25 August 2025.
Interested organizations should provide evidence of their experience and ability to fulfill the Terms of Reference by submitting:
- Filled and signed bid form;
- Technical Proposal;
- Court registration;
- Price Proposal, which should be password protected.
The Proposals MUST be received at the e-mail [email protected] latest by 17:00 h. on 30 August 2025.
Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
