Sofia, 14 February 2023 New eight duet imitations excited the audience on the second night of the charity initiative of UNICEF and Nova Broadcasting Group – ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar For Every Child’. Over 60,000 one-off and monthly donors supported UNICEF's causes of  ‘Zona ZaKrila’ and ‘A Voice for Every Child’. The cause called ‘A Voice for every child’ will help nonverbal children in Bulgaria to express themselves, communicate and learn. With the funds raised UNICEF will directly support another 500 children in Bulgaria, including by providing them with personal tools of communication. Another 1,500 teachers, professionals and parents from all over the country will be trained to use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools, such as the free-of-charge Cboard application.

In the second evening, dedicated to children who have difficulties with communication, viewers' interest in the charity show remains high, with its finale followed by over 40% of all TV viewers at that time. DesiSlava and Elena Vasileva won most of the votes after touching the audience with their impersonation of Ishtar and the song ‘Horchat hai caliptus’. The duet excited the jury of the format, too and at the end of the show Elena said that she was happy with the victory mainly because of the funds raised to help the cause called ‘A Voice for Every Child’.

The second night of the charity show began with the folk dance performance of students from the National School of Dance Art. Immediately after that, the presenters Ani Salich, Gerasim Georgiev-Gero and Dimitar Rachkov welcomed the first performers on stage – Victoria Terziyska and Alina Dancheva.   The following performances also put the audience on their feet. The jury members Iliana Raeva, Nikolay Doynov, Vesko Eshkenazy and Maggie Halvadjian did not hide their excitement after the thrilling performances of DesiSlava and Elena Vasileva, Titi Papazov and Vasil  Kanev,  Maggie Dzhanavarova  and Bogomila Yaneva,  Kalin Vrachanski and Alexander Markov, Krassi Radkov and Georgi Tsvetanov, Nencho Balabanov  and Georgi Dimkin, Lucy Dyakovska and Elizabeth Kirova.

Tonight at 20:00 on NOVA will be the final of the charity mini season of ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar For Every Child’ which will be dedicated  to the cause aimed at the youngest children up to 3 years of age called ‘The Best Start For Every Child’. The aim is to draw attention to the physical health of toddlers but also to their socio-emotional and cognitive development because the earlier these difficulties are detected, the better chance the child has of overcoming them. UNICEF Bulgaria will work with the government on building a national early intervention system. With the funds raised, UNICEF will support 1,500 families in the country and train 150 professionals.
