Bhutan entered 2021 well prepared. Schools reopened as planned followed by a mass vaccination drive to help protect the people from COVID-19. It was as much a year of vaccination for Bhutan.
The Annual Report 2021: Accelerating results for every child in Bhutan, describes UNICEF’s continued commitment and the progress made together with the Royal Government of Bhutan and partners to achieve results for children.
It features stories from the field where our work has made a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable children and documents the efforts made to respond to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on children and young people.
