How to help yourself in emergency situations
This guide was developed to support adolescents between 10-16 years old during emergency situations.
In emergencies, changes occur not only around us, but also within us. These changes manifest in our emotions, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
In this guide, we present the behavioral changes that are common among adolescents during emergencies.
In addition, various practical exercises are included to support adolescents in better understanding themselves and their needs. Through self-understanding, they can more constructively overcome difficulties associated with new and unusual situations.
