The manual contains strategies and guidance to school staff and children on how to create a positive climate which will be conducive to inspired teaching and engaged learning by preventing most of the discipline problems. The manual provides concrete examples and strategies to be used by teachers in prevention of violence in schools based on a three-tier approach model. The manual provides as well useful information for  school staff on the current legal national framework on child protetction aiming at raising the capacities of school staff to report, referr and follow-up the cases of children who need protection.
