Under the framework of the initiative “Every Child in school” UNICEF Albania has supported the Observatory of Child and Youth Rights for the draft of this important document that will guide all the actors that are responsible for the implementation of the Joint Order no. 292 date 28.5.2019 and the 3 Ministerial Agreement between the Ministry of Education Sport and Youth, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection “For the identification and the registration of all the children that are at the age to attend school”. The aim of this training module is to raise the capacities of the school leaders, teachers, school psychologists and social workers, policy makers, child protection workers, local education institutions staff, health center staff, parents and other community members on how to identify children that are at the age to attend school but also on how to prevent children that are at risk to drop out school.
