We’re building a new UNICEF.org.
As we swap out old for new, pages will be in transition. Thanks for your patience – please keep coming back to see the improvements.

Adolescents and youth

Economic and social statistics on the countries and territories of the world, with particular reference to children’s well-being, are published annually in the organization’s flagship publication, The State of the World’s Children.

Statistics related to Adolescence can be found throughout the publication. These same statistics can be found, organized by country, in the ‘Information by country' section of this website.

On Childinfo.org you will find UNICEF's key statistical databases with detailed country-specific information that was used in the end-decade assessment of progress and setbacks in implementing the 1990 World Summit for Children Declaration and Plan of Action. The site contains global and regional summary analyses and graphics of key results, in addition to new and revised data.

Innocenti Research Center

At the Innocenti Research Center, you will find UNICEF's key research tools to access data, findings, results and publications produced by UNICEF IRC projects, as well as a series of links to relevant resources available online.
