Consultancy Assignment: Children and ICT research Co-ordinator, Florence, Italy

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant to co-ordinate the UNICEF Office of Research project Child Rights in the Digital Age and support UNICEF country offices that are piloting the research toolkit.

Minimum requirements and competencies:

• Masters of PhD degree in communications, education, media or related field
• At least 8-10 years’ of academic and research experience related to online media, education and information literacy
• Publication record relating to the above theme and proven record of developing and  managing multi-country research projects, including developing methodological tools
• Excellent English report writing skills
• Strong understanding of different international and cultural contexts in relation to ICT usage.
