UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Comptroller, Division of Financial and Administrative Management, D-2, based in New York, USA.

Under the overall authority of the Executive Director, and in direct collaboration with the Deputy Executive Director- Management, direct and manage the organization’s global financial, budget and accounting operations and contribute to senior management deliberations to support achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements: 
• Advanced university degree or equivalent professional qualifications in fields of finance,  economics, business administration and accounting.
• 15 years of professional financial management experience at a senior level in large organizations with international operations, preferably including developing countries.
• Fluency in English required. Knowledge of and another UN working language is desired.
• High level of management and negotiating ability required. Strong communications skills required.
