UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks an HR Communication Consultancy.

The successful candidate must have:

     Strong and demonstrated interviewing, reporting, writing and editing skills, paired with attention to detail such as correct grammar, fact checking and ensuring names are spelled correctly. Understanding corporate culture and ability to adopt appropriate tone and understand internal “speak”, without becoming a replicator of internal jargon.

     Demonstrated innovative use of multimedia and social media to reach, engage and interact with a range of internal audiences and stakeholders.

     Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

     Excellent interpersonal skills as the role requires building and calling on social capital. This is a dependency for the ability to successfully gather content, review and approval process and distribution of content (such as Global Message Broadcasts, intranet changes etc.), as well as for accepting constructive feedback.

     Ability to work independently once provided with direction and ongoing course correcting guidance.
