Key skills, technical background and experience required:
· Advanced University degree in International Development, Communication, Journalism, or other Social Science degree
· Eight (8) years of experience working with communication for development in ground level planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
· Demonstrated ability to establish data bases and work in social media and web based formats
· Excellent written English
Location : Home-based, with frequent interaction with NYHQ programme staff.
