UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Consultant Administrative Assistant, G-4, Office of Emergency Programmes (EMOPS), Geneva.

Completion of secondary education (i.e. High School Diploma) is a minimum requirement.
Standard IT skills.
Minimum three to five years of relevant work experience in the area of event organization.
Four years general clerical work, which should include a good knowledge of standard clerical practices and procedures.
Excellent analytical, writing and drafting skills.
IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft – Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.
Fluency in English.  Advanced French would be an asset.
