Human Resources Officers

UNICEF is looking for Human Resources Officers to manage a wide range of human resources support services for a UNICEF Office. This includes recruitment, personnel entitlements, benefits and other administration, technical human resource support and workforce planning.

Your Profile:

• Advanced university degree in business administration, with specialization in human resources or personnel management.
• Depending on the level of the position, three to ten years of progressively responsible professional work experience in the field of human resources or personnel administration, some of which should be at the international level.
• Good judgement, initiative, high sense of responsibility, tact and discretion, with sensitivity to different cultures.
• Fluency in English and another UN language (i.e. Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is required.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
