Two girls learn about computers at the Aga Khan School in Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh. But it is true that it is not enough to try to stop the child sex trade only through law enforcement. In order to protect children properly action is needed in many areas. For example, children need education and employment opportunities so that they have options other than selling themselves. The sexual exploitation of children needs to be brought out in the open, and attitudes need to change so that communities will not tolerate it. |
