She will play various roles in those events including panelist, participant, moderator and singer.
“I am beyond honored to be at this UN high level meeting and other related events. It’s a great opportunity to learn about the work on disability at the global level. I am also a bit worried as I will play different roles at these events. However, there’s one thing I am certain, that is I will do my best to use my voice to speak up for young people with disabilities.” said Phuong Anh. “I want people to know that we – people with disabilities, have abilities and our potential should always be seen before the disability.”
