UNICEF Ukraine Country Office is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the following positions in order to conduct EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS AND IMPACT OF UNICEF’S INTERVENTIONS WITHIN THE EXPANDED BABY-FRIENDLY HOSPITAL INITIATIVE IN UKRAINE

International consultant – team leader, responsible for completion of the evaluation report:
Level: P 4
Duration of the contract: 1 month

National consultant in health care system management, administration and finance –working in close collaboration with the international consultant and contributing to the evaluation report according to the suggested evaluation methodology and specific tasks elaborated here under:
Level NO-B
Duration of the contract: 1 month
Special requirement: no relation to UNICEF supported projects to ensure objectivity of the evaluation
