UNICEF has been active in Turkey since 1951, working in close partnership with the Government, various NGOs, institutions and individuals.
Today, the UNICEF focus is on children’s rights and an holistic approach to child survival, development and protection.
This is a short introduction to some of our unfunded programmes and projects in Turkey. If you are thinking of making a donation, the project descriptions include short notes that explain just how much of a difference your contribution can make for children in Turkey.
