Formative Evaluation of Monitoring Results for Equity System (MoRES) Approach
UNICEF Evaluation Office is seeking Expressions of Interest from eligible and qualified institutions for the provision of services to complete a Formative Evaluation of Monitoring Results for Equity System (MoRES) Approach.
The institution expressing interest in this evaluation should be able provide a senior team with knowledge of social and development programme evaluation using Theory of Change approach, substantive knowledge of equity and technical expertise in the core subject areas (health, nutrition, HIV, WASH, education and child protection) of the evaluation.
