UNICEF Regional 2010 Media AwardWHAT? UNICEF is seeking applications for its 2010 Regional Media Award. This year’s theme is Child Rights. WHEN? The closing date for the competition is 20th August 2010. Applications can be submitted any time between now and 20th August 2010. HOW? If you would like to apply you will find guidelines on the award as well as the submission form below. The submissions will be accepted in three languages: Arabic, English and French. All submissions in other languages have to be translated into one of the three accepted languages for the award. WHO? This competition is open to anyone who is working as a TV, radio, newspaper or online journalist in Sudan. WHY? This is an opportunity for journalists in Sudan to take part in a regional forum where they will meet journalists from across the Middle East and North Africa.
