PartnersThe Ministry of Urban Development and Water Supply and the MOH are the major policy and decision making partners in water and sanitation, and the National Water Supply and Drainage Board is the executing agency. At the district level, the Deputy Provincial Director of Health Services and Medical Officer of Health (MOH) are responsible for providing sanitation services in partnership with UNICEF, supported by other UN agencies such as UNHCR, WHO, IOM, and local and international NGOs.
