UNICEF is requesting Expressions of Interest (REOI) from eligible suppliers in respect to the provision of the following Medical devices:

Potential Suppliers
This REOI is addressed to (a) manufacturers of Medical devices and (b) traders with experience in the sourcing and supply of such products.
UNICEF is particularly interested in identifying competitive sources of supply that can offer the complete range, e.g. the above-mentioned Medical devices.
Only suppliers with a Quality Management System in conformity with at least one of the following standards are invited to express interest:
(a) ISO 9001: 2000
(b) ISO13485: 2003
Under the upcoming tender only products with at least one of the following pre-market approval(s) / market clearance(s) can be offered:
(a) GMPALS License (Australia)
(b) Device license (Canada)
(c) CE mark (EU)
(d) Device license (Japan)
(e) 510k device letter (USA)
Procedure for submission of EOI:
Interested suppliers are encouraged to complete the attached form REOI (choose disable macros) and return it to UNICEF by e-mail to anaydenov@unicef.org on or before the indicated deadline. Click here to access the form.
Note:
(a) Prices are not required at this stage. UNICEF is merely seeking to identify suppliers interested in participating in a future bid.
(b) No queries shall be entertained by UNICEF on the conformity of the suppliers' products at this stage.
(c) This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document. Submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the solicitation when issued.
