CLARIFICATION TO ALL SUPPLIERS
a) This document outlines the bidding plan for renewal of Long Term Arrangements during 2007 and 2008.
b) UNICEF Supply Division will decide whether the tenders will be conducted through ITB or RFP.
c) Unless indicated otherwise (see notes at the bottom of the document), tenders on this document will be issued by UNICEF.
d) The quantities on the table represent indicative volumes forecasted for a 12 months.month period. These volumes are based on programme needs (where available) or historical procurement figures, and do not represent any commitment on UNICEF's side. Quantities of pharmaceutical products refer to number of packs; for diagnostic test kits, quantities refer to number of tests.
e) Manufacturers interested in participating in any of these tenders should contact UNICEF Supply Division at below e-mail address, indicating the product group they would like to quote for.
