Advertencia sobre fraude en Internet

UNICEF está profundamente preocupado ante el envío de correos electrónicos fraudulentos que utilizan nuestro nombre y logotipo, ambos símbolos de confianza.

Los ultimos informes recibidos informan que algunos individuos están llamando por teléfono al público y usando el nombre de UNICEF para cometer un fraude. Los sitios web, los correos o las llamadas telefónicas que ofrezcan puestos de trabajo o premios en nombre de UNICEF son fraudulentos. Las presuntas ofertas son obra de individuos que utilizan nuestra imagen de marca sin ninguna ética y abusan deliberadamente de la confianza que despierta nuestra organización entre millones de personas en todo el mundo.

Desde que nos informaron sobre la existencia de estos correos y llamadas hemos alertado a nuestro Departamento de Asuntos Jurídicos y hemos comenzado a informar al público a fin de evitar que ninguna víctima inocente revele sus datos personales en respuesta a estos mensajes falsos.
