El Día Mundial contra el Trabajo Infantil nos recuerda la necesidad de combatir las formas más graves de explotación
GINEBRA, Suiza, 12 de junio de 2009 – Con motivo de la décima celebración anual del Día Mundial contra el Trabajo Infantil, UNICEF y sus aliados hacen un llamamiento en pro de medidas que combatan las condiciones subyacentes de la pobreza que constituyen la causa del trabajo infantil. Uno de los componentes fundamentales de cualquier enfoque integral eficaz del problema es el aumento del acceso a la educación de buena calidad para todos los niños, y en especial para las niñas de familias pobres o que viven en zonas rurales.
