The tables listed above are best viewed with the most recent versions of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. For better display and printing, we recommend that you retrieve them in a portable document format file (236KB) for viewing with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the Reader, you can download one for your platform free of charge from Adobe Systems Inc., instal it according to the instructions given, and configure it for use with your World Wide Web browser.

You can also retrieve the tables in the Microsoft Excel format as a self-extracting Windows zip archive (196KB) that you should save to your hard disk and then double click on in Windows Explorer or File Manager. These tables should be read in conjunction with the definitions, notes, etc., available in the Web pages listed above or in the Gopher files linked below.
