Cyberbullying

The internet has made it easy for bullies to spread rumors and harass people, because they can keep their identities hidden. If you are receiving hurtful texts from someone, or if they are trying to embarrass you by posting lies online, you’re not alone.

This is a growing problem worldwide and you need to get help. Some sites and social networks allow you to block or report a person, but sometimes that isn’t enough. You need to speak to someone you trust – your parents, an older sibling or a counselor at school who will support you and help you take the right course of action.
