Programme Manager for Communication with the NPA For this purpose the following consultancy position is advertised for a period of 14 months with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA): The position is based in Pretoria. The Programme Manager for Communication will be responsible for the implementation of communication plans of action addressing behavior development/change; social mobilization of civil society organizations; and increased community participation in programmes relating to violence against children and women.
