Our field teams want to talk to you about UNICEF

Our fundraising teams are working hard to introduce UNICEF’s work to you!

Take a moment to chat to them when you’re out and about – they’re at various venues in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg and Durban; and you may well meet them at your office, too!

All proudly wearing UNICEF t-shirts, our field fundraising teams also carry identification and will be able to show you UNICEF materials. If you want to personally verify any fundraising activity, feel free to call us on 012 354 8222 or 012 354 8201.

Why monthly donations?

To ensure that we can continue our work for children, UNICEF is counting on friends like you to support our work through a monthly debit order. Whether it’s R100 or R1000 you’re kind enough to donate every month, every Rand matters!  Monthly gifts help UNICEF to budget for its programmes.

This is why our fundraisers do NOT ask for or accept cash donations. They know that committed, ongoing support from ‘ordinary’ people is needed to ensure extraordinary change for children.

Your monthly gift matters

Did you know that UNICEF counts on donations for its work? Our efforts in child protection, health, education, policy and advocacy, emergency aid – all of it – is funded through voluntary contributions from businesses – and people like you.

Host a team at your office

If you’d like a UNICEF fundraiser to visit your office – or if you’d welcome a manned UNICEF display at your business - please do contact us: we’d value the opportunity!
