This study is the result of a research promoted by the Regional Office of UNICEF for West and Central Africa, in collaboration with the UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre and the UNICEF Division of Policy and Practice and aimed at the assessment of the potenial effects of the global economic crisis on children in Burkina Faso, Cameroon and Ghana and the proposal of concrete policy responses for consideration by policy makers.
