March 26, 2007: Inter-regional conference 'Family for the Child'UNICEF Representative Carel de Rooy attended the Inter-regional Academic and Practical Conference entitled “Family for the Child” in Kosroma in early March. The conference was organized by Kostroma Regional Administration with support from UNICEF. Participants of the conference shared their experience in early intervention for vulnerable families and assistance to foster and alternative families.
