UNICEF Child Passport
This year, the 20th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is commemorated worldwide. The Convention was adopted on November 20, 1989 and was ratified by the Russian Federation in 1990. In the threshold of this event UNICEF adapted for children and issued in a passport format the text of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The “Child Passport” contains information on the fundamental rights of small citizens. It looks like a real document, having a special place for holder’s photo and signature.
