UNICEF and ELLE against drugsOn the 25th of March 2008 UNICEF Romania in partnership with Elle magazine joined forces to organise a special event at Fratelli Club in Bucharest. The event presented UNICEF project that has as a main objective maintaing at a low level drug consumption among teenagers and young people through an unconventional campaign to prevent and fight drug consumption. If the majority of anti-drug campaigns have a clasic message the play „HELL” brings an alternative method been staged in unconventional locations where young people hang out. Directed by Chris Simion and staged by D’AYA theatre company, the play „HELL” tells the story of well-off teenagers how they squander away their parent’s money and waiste their lives doing drugs and overdoze. Among the participants to this event were: representatives of the National Anti-Drug Agency, NGOs, advertising agencies, private sector companies and media representatives.
