Call for ProposalsUNODC and UNICEF Romania invites interested and qualified Romanian NGOs to develop a project proposal and to submit an application for funding to carry out activities aiming to increase coverage of comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention and care services among injecting drug users (IDUs) and HIV prevention services among female sex workers (SWs) in Romania. Prior to submitting the project proposal, NGOs should send a letter expressing their interest and motivation for applying. The letter of interest must include a short description of the project idea (no more than ½ page) as well as a description of the working experience of the NGO. For more information, please find attached the Call for Proposals, Project Proposal Template, General Requirements for Eligibility of NGOs and Evaluation Criteria for Project Proposals. Deadlines: Any letter/application received after the above-mentioned deadlines, any incomplete proposal or failing to meet the formal requirements laid down in this call for proposals will be rejected.
