Peru's Amazonian tribes get registered at last

In the remote rainforests of Peru, this is a big day for four-month-old Ana Merina, an Ocaina baby. Her parents are taking her to get a birth certificate from a local registrar who lives right next door. This certificate -- giving her an official name and Peruvian nationality -- is a crucial document. Without a birth certificate children cannot be legally enrolled in school, and adults cannot register to vote.
