PARMO’s vision is to influence aid policies and mobilize quality resources from the public sector for children and women.

PARMO’s mission As an active participant in UN system-wide coherence, PARMO seeks to position UNICEF as a knowledge broker and partner of choice in leading the collective commitment towards achievement of results for children and women. Toward this end, PARMO promotes effective and sustainable partnerships with selected governmental, inter-governmental and inter-organizational donors in the context of the Millennium Declaration, Millennium Development Goals and A World Fit for Children. PARMO draws on UNICEF’s trusted knowledge and expertise to mobilize, facilitate and advocate for results for children and women and effective use of public sector resources.
