Objectives: At the end of this introductory session, participants should be able to:

 

  • Describe the importance of adhering to common ethical standards in humanitarian action
  • Identify the 7 humanitarian principles used by UNICEF and how to apply them
  • Explain the key considerations for engagement and non-engagement with non-state entities (NSE’s)
