    Core or Regular Resources accounted for 26 per cent of UNICEF’s total revenue in 2013. They were critical in enabling UNICEF to achieve its mission – whether reducing inequities in maternal and newborn health care in Bhutan, advocating for the rights of children with disabilities in Belarus, or innovating for emergencies in the Philippines.
