Water, a shared responsibility for a common benefit
Ramallah, West Bank, 19 October 2010 - UNICEF, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the Palestinian Water Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture launched a workshop on ‘Water Scarcity Task Force Response Plan’, which is supported by the Australian Government (AusAID) and the Spanish Cooperation. UNICEF-oPt Special Representative, Ms. Jean Gough addressed the panel and emphasized the importance of water for the survival, growth and development of children.
