Senior Executive Assistant, General Service (GS) - 6, Kathmandu, Fixed Term

Purpose of the post:

Under the supervision of the Head of Office, the incumbent performs secretarial functions.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

 Completion of secondary education. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or other relevant field preferred.

 Strong knowledge and skills in using internet and office management software applications, such as MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

 Familiarity with database management and knowledge of protocol

 At least six years of secretarial work experience, some of which should be at a senior secretarial level.

 Excellent written and spoken English/Nepali skills

 Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
