Purpose of the post:

Assists in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating an advocacy and communication strategy to get children’s and women’s issues into the public domain, strengthen political will in support of UNICEF's mission and objectives in Nepal, and enhance the organization’s credibility and brand.

Your profile for the post:

  • University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field(s).
  • Minimum of two years of progressively responsible professional work experience in communication, print and broadcast media or interactive digital media.
  • Functional Competencies: Formulating Strategies and Concepts, Planning and Organizing, Applying Technical Expertise, Persuading and Influencing, Relating and Networking, Learning and Researching -Click for detailed Job Description of the post
  • The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English/Nepali skills
