Purpose of the post:

Under the supervision of the Chief, Planning Monitoring & Evaluation (P-4), the incumbent performs a variety of information collection activities, maintains and updates the database of Knowledge Management system with new information. Collects information mainly from records and reports and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports on programme and project activities. Provide assistance in advance search and retrieval of information for the o-ce. Perform operational functions related to the section’s need and assist in the administrative process for partnerships, services, supplies and printing, and following up for processing and correspondence pertaining to programme activities.

Your profile for the post:

• Completion of secondary education (Social Science/Management), preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a  field related to the work of the organization will be an advantage.

• Six years of progressively responsible administrative work, of which at least one year closely related to support of programme activities. Knowledge of planning and monitoring.
