Vacancy Announcement for Various PositionsUNICEF is looking for qualified individuals or institutions for the following assignment. All three consultant will require to work as a team during different timeframe. Consultant 1: Consultant for developing Comprehensive Multi-Sectoral Communication for Development Strategy Duration of the consultancy: Total of 120 days(90 days in country support and remote support for 30 days) the entire process will take 8 months starting from December 2012- July 2013. Consultant 2: Consultant for developing Participatory Behaviour Monitoring Plan based on comprehensive C4D strategy Eligibility: Advanced university degree in social sciences, anthropology, behaviour science, psychology or any other relevant field; minimum 10 years of experience in participatory monitoring, behaviour change communication and/or communication for development as well as social and participatory research, expertise in designing an efficient and effective participatory behavioural monitoring plan including indicators, mechanisms and ways to analyze both quantative and qualitative data. Duration of the Consultancy: Total 80 days (40 days in country support and remote support for 40 days). The entire process will take 7 months starting from January-July 2013. Consultant 3: Development of a creative strategy and materials on the basis of comprehensive C4D staretegy and participatory behaviour monitoring plan Eligibility: Advanced university degree in social sciences, anthropology, behaviour science, psychology or any other relevant field; minimum 10 years' experience in communication for development or behavior change communication with extensive experience in developing C4D materials following a participatory process. Duration of the Consultancy: Total 90 days (60 days in country support and remote support of 30 days).
