UNICEF Namibia is looking for an Office Assistant to work in a diverse environment. The candidate must have a high sense of integrity and should have the necessary skills and competencies to manage UNICEF reception desk by receiving visitors, screening calls, registering incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining staff telephone numbers and directory database. This post will also perform duties related to physical inventory/stock taking, tracking administrative stock through maintaining inventory of movement to and from the Admin Store, labeling of non-expendable equipment, and maintaining operations filing system.
