United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking for National consultant / Team of consultants on reviewing and setting-up a mechanism of routine data collection on child care services

Purpose:

To provide support to the Government of Moldova in setting-up a mechanism of routine data collection on child care services

Specific Objectives

• to provide technical assistance to the MLSPF, ME , MH and NBS in reviewing of existing data collection tools and elaborating of statistical instruments (primary data collection fishes/registers, statistical questionnaires, reporting forms, guidance on definitions, methodology etc.)  for monitoring of the situation of children in residential institutions  and in  family substitute services; 
• to provide support to the Government  in capacity building of  central and local public authorities  in  setting-up of monitoring system and data collection mechanism related to child care services.
